All in-stock items are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days Australia-wide, depending on your location and the courier service operating in your area. We partner with trusted and reliable Australian courier networks to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey. Depending on the courier and delivery location, your parcel may either:
- Be left in a safe place at the delivery address, or
- Require a signature upon delivery.
Your tracking updates will provide the most accurate information regarding your delivery requirements.

Arrival Date Items
Some of our most sought-after pieces may display a notice such as “July Arrival”, “August Arrival”, or another future month on the product page.
This indicates that the item is currently in high demand and is available for reservation before arriving at our warehouse. The month shown refers to the estimated month the stock is expected to arrive with us.
By securing your order in advance, you reserve stock from the incoming shipment before it becomes available to the general public. Due to the popularity of some collections, incoming shipments can occasionally sell out before they even arrive, resulting in ongoing waitlists and back-to-back reservations for future stock. While we continually work to maintain healthy inventory levels, we are also committed to responsible production practices and maintaining the exceptional craftsmanship of our pieces. Rather than placing excessive pressure on our manufacturing team, we carefully manage production volumes to ensure every item meets the quality standards our customers expect.
Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will send you an email update to let you know your order is preparing for dispatch. From that point, standard shipping timeframes apply, with delivery typically taking 2–8 business days Australia-wide.
As many of these pieces sell out quickly, we recommend reserving your preferred item early to avoid missing out on future arrivals.
