Returns & Exchanges

At Leukos Home, we take great care to ensure every piece arrives in excellent condition. Before dispatch, each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection and is carefully photographed to document its condition prior to shipping. This process helps us maintain the highest standards of quality control, minimise the risk of transit-related issues, and provide added peace of mind that your order has left our warehouse in pristine condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the issue. As our delivery partners require damage claims to be lodged within 24 hours of delivery, it is important that you notify us promptly so we can escalate the matter on your behalf.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Change of Mind

As our furniture and home pieces are carefully sourced and often produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases for any of our in-stock or reserved items.

However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for your space. In these circumstances, we may offer an exchange for another item of equal or greater value, subject to approval and the item being returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Natural Stone & Marble Variations

Natural stone and marble are products of nature, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in colour, veining, grain, texture, and pattern are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered faults or defects.

While our product photography is intended to accurately represent the stone type and overall appearance, the exact veining and grain pattern shown in images may differ from the piece you receive.

If you have a particular preference for a specific veining style, grain pattern, or overall look, please contact us prior to placing your order. Where possible, we may be able to provide photographs of available stock and do our best to accommodate your preferences. However, due to stock availability and the unique nature of natural stone, specific veining or grain patterns cannot be guaranteed.

By purchasing a natural stone or marble product, you acknowledge and accept the inherent variations that make each piece unique.
